1. What are the rental requirements?
Be at least 25 years old, and have a valid motorcycle drivers license without any limitation with 2 years of experience.
2. What papers do I need to rent a bike?
Spanish: National ID card and an A class motorcycle drivers license.

3. What types of licenses are valid in Spain?
Under Spanish law a tourist with less than six months in Spain may drive with the license issued in their own country, provided the country is a party to the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic of 1968 (Most countries are). However, the license must clearly state in Spanish or English the ability to ride any type of motorcycle. Otherwise, an international license (International Driving Permit or IDP) is required.
4. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, with Visa and Master Card. The fifth step of the booking process will redirect you to our payment platform of Caixa Bank, one of the most important in Spain, so you can use your card safely.
5. Can I cancel a booking?
No. But you can reschedule it to a different date if we are notified at least 7 days prior to the original pick up date. The reserve is non-refundable.
6. What if it rains?
If the weather forecast shows a chance of rain over 50% (Source aemet.es) we allow you to reschedule the reserve with only 3 days in advance.
7. Can I pick up or drop off the bike in another city?
Yes. Currently the only office we have is in Madrid, but it is possible to arrange delivery or collection in any other city of Spain. Ask us about the cost of this service.
8. Can you bring me the bike to the airport or hotel?
In Madrid the bikes must be collected at and returned to our offices. Only when the bike is delivered to another city, you can choose the place of the pick up.
9. Can I leave my luggage at your office while I am enjoying the journey?
Yes, for your convenience you can leave your luggage at our office. Also, if you wish, there are lockers inside the train station (at 40-50m).
10. Do I need to bring my own helmet?
The motorcycle rental includes two jet helmets, gloves and rain suits. Optionally we have available for rent modular helmets with intercoms, protective jackets and GPS.
11. Is the gasoline included in the rental price?
No. The bike comes with a full tank and must be returned the same.
12. What kind of insurance do the bikes have?
The bikes are covered with fully comprehensive insurance in excess of € 1,200. This means that in case of damage your liability is limited to this amount of € 1,200.

13. Can you reduce the amount of the insurance excess?
No, it is not possible to reduce the amount of the insurance excess.
14. Do I have to deposit a bond?
Yes, we will ask you for a deposit of € 1,200 which is the amount of the insurance excess. When you return the bike undamaged, the deposit will be refunded. If the bike is damaged, we will retain the part of the deposit we estimate necessary to cover the repair. When this is finished, we will submit you the invoice and we will transfer you the remaining part of the deposit, if there is any.
15. What happens if I am not responsible?
When you pick up the bike, we will do together an inspection of any present scratches. When you return the bike we will conduct another inspection together. Any new damage that has appeared during your rental will be considered your responsibility. However, if the damage is caused by a third party, you must complete with the third party a friendly accident report, and your deposit will be withheld until we have confirmation from the insurance company that the other driver accepts the responsibility for the accident.
16. Can another person drive the bike that I rent?
Yes, as long as that person meets the requirements and has been included in the rental agreement as an additional driver. In any case, you will be responsible for any damages.
17. Can someone else pick up my bike?
No, since you must sign the contract
18. Can someone else drop off my bike?
Yes, if this person has been included in the rental agreement as an additional driver.
19. If we are a group of friends renting multiple bikes, can we swap?
Yes, as long as you are all included in the contracts of others as additional drivers. In this case the only responsible for any damages is the one who signed the contract.
20. Can I travel with the bike outside of Spain?
Our current insurance policy is fully comprehensive only within the national territory of Spain, and only covers liability to third parties in the rest of the European Union countries. If you want to leave Spanish territory contact us about international insurance options. Under no circumstances can our motorcycles enter African territory as there is no insurance provided.
21. Can I ride the motorcycle outside or off the public roads?
No, under no circumstances are you allowed to circulate with the bike through the countryside, racing circuits, or any other private areas.
22. What happens if I drop off the bike later than scheduled?
The contract includes a penalty clause of 60 € per hour for delaying the return of the bike. We are flexible applying this clause with prior authorization.
23. What happens if I have a puncture or a mechanical breakdown?
Our bikes have an anti-puncture Kevlar-based system so it is virtually impossible to puncture. In the case of any breakdown, we have road assistance coverage, and you have our full support so that your trip is not interrupted.
24. Can I purchase bike rental gift vouchers?
Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
